Our office is proud to offer high-quality, stress-free, and safe endodontic care. To ensure that we serve every patient with the dedicated time and attention they deserve, we have a strict attendance policy.

Need to reschedule or cancel?

To avoid any rescheduling fees, we require a 24-business hour notice of cancelation.

Running late?

If you are 15 or more minutes late to your appointment, and we cannot get in touch with you, your appointment may be forfeited and rescheduled.

No-show, no call?

If you fail to show up for your appointment, we require a rescheduling fee to book with us again.

Your rescheduling fee goes towards your reappointed visit. However, if you fail to show up for that appointment as well, we reserve the right to keep that fee.
